Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, use your own real photo, and keep your login private. One person may have one account.

MalluCircle helps members find friends and organize community meetups. It is for friendship and community only. It is not a dating service.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against anyone.
• Post hateful, sexual, violent, or illegal content.
• Impersonate someone, use fake profiles, or mislead others.
• Send spam, advertise, scam people, or ask for money.
• Collect other members' information or use the app for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Try to break, hack, or misuse the app.

Meetups are created and run by members, not by MalluCircle. We do not organize, supervise, or verify any meetup or member. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety. We strongly recommend meeting first in public places, telling a friend where you are going, and leaving if you feel uncomfortable. Hosts are responsible for the events they create.

You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, bio, messages, meetups). You give MalluCircle a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it so we can run the app. You promise you have the right to share what you post.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You may stop using MalluCircle and delete your account at any time.

MalluCircle is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will always work without errors or interruptions, and we are not responsible for the actions of members, online or in person.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MalluCircle and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for harm arising from interactions or meetups between members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Canadian consumer law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
